The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate and critical need to engage AAA Complete Building Services, Inc. (the “Contractor”) to continue providing Comprehensive, Consolidated Maintenance Services including facility Operations, Maintenance & Repair Services (“OM&R”) (the “Services”) for the Consolidated Forensics Laboratory, located at 401 E Street, SW, Washington, DC 20024 (the “Facility”), for a period of four (4) months.
