Sole Source Procurement - Consolidated Maintenance Services at Frank W. Ballou High School
The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate need to retain Sustainable Facilities Management Services (the “Contractor”) to provide uninterrupted Consolidated Maintenance Services including full facility Operations, Maintenance & Repair Services (“OM&R”) at Frank W. Ballou High School (the “Facility”), for a six (6) month period.
