Project Description:
The Anacostia Recreation Center at Ketcham will be a new recreation center adjacent to Ketcham Elementary School. This new standalone facility in Ward 8 will include an indoor gym with a basketball court, fitness room, classrooms, tech lounge, and flexible multipurpose rooms. Outdoor amenities include playgrounds, an outdoor covered seating area, a multi-use field, walking paths, and a new promenade connecting 14th St. and 15th St SE.
