The Department of General Services has a continuing need to provide comprehensive Athletic Field Maintenance services at 68 sites in Wards 1 through 8 until a solicitation is developed for the services. The contract expired on July 31, 2017 and to ensure the continuity of services an emergency contract is required for a term no longer than one hundred and twenty (120) days.
