The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("District", "Department" or "DGS"), is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage Small Business Enterprise ("SBE") firms ("Contractor(s)") to provide recycling hauling services; the provision of on/off site shredding services on an as-needed-basis; as well as recycling litter can collection services in support of the Department's resource management efforts, and in accordance with guidelines established by the District Recycling Guidelines.
