The District of Columbia ("District") Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit design-build proposals ("Proposal(s)") from offerors ("Offeror(s)") interested to serve as the design-builder ("Design­ Builder") for the renovation of the existing Jelleff recreation center for ADA and MEP upgrades to include various site improvements located at 3265 S Street, NW, Washington, DC 20007 (the "Project"). The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the Design­ Build contract ("Agreement", "Design-Build Agreement" or "Contract") for the Project.
