The District of Columbia (the “District”), acting and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a Program Manager (“PM” or “Contractor”) to provide professional program management support services to assist the District in the planning, design-management, construction-management and control, commissioning, and occupancy of the Project.
