DCAM-20-NC-RFQ-0002-Energy Savings Agreement Program

The Government of the District of Columbia ("District"), acting by and through its Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit statements of qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified Energy Service Providers ("ESPs", "Contractors" or "Offerors") interested in conducting an Investment Grade Energy Audit ("IGA") of District-owned facilities, and entering into an Energy Savings Agreement ("ESA") with the District.
