The Department is seeking up to two (2) Contractors to provide Comprehensive, Consolidated Maintenance Services including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) required to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at the Administrative Office of the Department of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”) located at 95 M Street SW, Washington, DC 20024, and the Department of Employment Services (“DOES”) located at 4058 Minnesota Avenue NE, Washington, DC 20019.
