The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) firm contractor (the “Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to complete all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials for the construction services for the renovation of the Daly Building Swing Space at One Judiciary Square, 441 4th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 (the “Project”).  The Contractor shall complete the work (the “Work”) as described in the scope of work, Attachment J.1 (the “Scope of Work”).
