The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) interested in serving as the Microgrid Partner (“Partner” or “Contractor”) for the development, design, construction, ownership, operations, maintenance, and transfer of a new resilient microgrid providing energy services for District government operations on the St. Elizabeths East campus (the “Project” or “Microgrid” or “Microgrid Project”).
