The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Contractor certified as a Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) (the “Contractor”) to provide all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to perform capital improvements for Fleet Maintenance Epoxy Flooring Upgrades (the “Project”) located at the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services’ (“FEMS”) locations: 1101 Half Street SW, Washington, DC 20024. The Contractor shall complete the Project’s requirements, in accordance with Section C, Specifications/Scope of Work Statement (“SOW”) and Attachment J.1, Specifications and Drawings.
