The District of Columbia, Department of General Services ("Department'' or "DGS"), Facilities Management Division requires an immediate need for Spectrum Management, LLC ("Contractor" or "SPECTRUM") to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at Calvin Coolidge High School /Ida B. Wells for an emergency period not to exceed 120-days.
