The District of Columbia, Department of General Services ("Department'' or "DGS"), Facilities Management Division requires an immediate need for RSC Electrical and Mechanical Contractors, Inc., ("Contractor" or "RSC") to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at Kimball Elementary School for an emergency period not to exceed 60-days.
