The District of Columbia Office of Public –Private Partnerships (DC P3), in coordination with the DC Department of General Services (DGS) and Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), will host a pre-proposal conference for the renovation of the Henry J. Daly Building. This event will provide potential private partners with information on the project scope and the procurement process.
