The Government of the District of Columbia (“District”), through its Department of General Services (“DGS”), invites interested offerors (“Offerors”) to respond to this Request for Offers (“RFO”) with offers (“Offers”) to lease the following:

APPROXIMATELY 6,977 GROSS SQUARE FEET (SF) OF HEALTHCARE CLINIC SPACE TO BE LOCATED AT 850 DELAWARE AVENUE SW (“PREMISES”).

The District’s goal, in issuing this RFO, is to receive Offers to lease the Premises.  The District will evaluate Offers and will select one Offer determined, in the District’s sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the District for negotiation of a lease agreement for the entirety of the Premises. The Offer process is non-proprietary and non-preferential, and all Offers will be considered as what is in the best interest of the health needs of the community. Offers should include proposed Tenant Improvement Allowance.  Offers should include proposed hours of operation.  Offers should include rent schedules.
