The District of Columbia’s Department of General Services is issuing a Request for Proposals to license approximately 13,328 square feet of street space on the 300 block of 7th Street, S.E. on Saturdays from 6:00am to 6:00pm to operate an Outdoor Market. A pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held on Saturday, February 9 at 1pm at Eastern Market. We will meet inside at the main entrance to Eastern Market where the main office and the ATMs are before heading out to tour the space.
