The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf ofProtective Services Division (“PSD”), has an immediate need for U-Street Parking, Inc(“USP” or “Contractor”) to provide Security Guard Services at the DHS CCNVHypothermia Site in order to avoid a disruption of services and ensure a safe environmentfor the citizens, employees and visitors of the District Government facility while a newsolicitation for these services is procured following major scope changes.
