Sole Source Procurement - Comprehensive City-Wide Landscaping Maintenance and Supplemental Landscaping Services

The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) requires the continued engagement of the incumbent Contractor to provide comprehensive city-wide periodic landscaping maintenance and supplemental services include the mowing, mulching, pruning, leaf removal, weeding and such other related services to various District owned and operated properties. These services are essential to ensuring the operational integrity of critical infrastructure, maintaining safe and functional environments, and safeguarding the health and welfare of students, staff, and other building occupants.
