The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Department of Human Services (“DHS”), requires the current Contractor to continue providing comprehensive, consolidated maintenance services. These services encompass all aspects of building maintenance and operations and are essential for the efficient functioning of Operations, Maintenance, and Repair (OM&R) services at the Short-Term Family Housing facility located in Ward 8 at 4300 12th Street, S.E. Washington, D.C. 20032.
