The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Department of Corrections (“DOC”), has the minimum need to remove and replace the roofing and caulking of the existing windows and exterior structural panels at the DOC Administrative Building, located at 1901 E Street SE, Washington, DC (the “Project”). The Project consists of the demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing roofing and caulking materials, and the furnishing and installation of new roofing and caulking materials. The Department would like to issue a sole source contract to Keystone Plus Construction Corporation (“Keystone”) to complete the Project in accordance with a certain Scope of Work and Specifications. This work is expected to be completed by September 21, 2022.
