The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate operational need for Total Civil Construction and Engineering, LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide specialized heavy‑equipment snow and ice removal services to ensure safe, passable conditions at District‑owned and operated facilities during winter weather events. The Contractor must perform mechanical snow and ice plowing using front‑end loaders, skid steers, compact track loaders, and similar equipment to maintain parking lots, access roads, loading areas, drive lanes, sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, ramps, and other critical areas. The Contractor shall also provide on‑site snow relocation, stockpiling, and off‑site hauling when required, and apply deicing materials when authorized by DGS.
