Sole Source Procurement - Maintenance and Repair of MPD Detention Cell Locking Systems and Security Apparatuses

The Department requires a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and associated expenses necessary to execute annual preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation of existing detention holding cell doors, hardware, cuffing bars, rails, rail guides, rollers, locks, locking mechanisms, security bolts, bullet-resistant glass, and associated detention benches at various MPD facilities within the District.This scope encompasses inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement services, ensuring the sustained operational integrity of these critical infrastructure components.
