Sole Source Procurement - MPD 5th District Headquarters – Window Upgrade (Waterproofing & Water Infiltration)

The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is seeking to engage a contractor (the “Contractor”) to complete the Construction Services for the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”) at the 5th District Headquarters (the “Project”), located at 1805 Bladensburg Road NE, Washington DC 20002. The minimum requirements include selective demolition and construction work for the majority of the window systems in the building, which includes waterproofing and water infiltration in accordance with the scope of work (“Scope of Work” “SOW”) for the Project.
