The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate need to provide project management services required to successfully relocate the District’s Department of Behavioral Health’s Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) Facility from its current location, at 1905 East Street, NE to 35 K Street, NE by September 30, 2027.
