The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) on behalf of the Department of Corrections (DOC) is issuing this Request for Qualification (RFQ) Statements to qualify an Architect/Engineering (A/E) firm to provide an Architectural Program for the DOC’s new correctional facility including Operational and Management Guidelines, Architectural Space Guidelines, and Preliminary Staffing Plan, Cost Estimates and Final Program Documentation.
