Project Description:  

A design-build project, that will address the needs of DDOT staff and allow for improved operations. DDOT operates the "W Street Yard" as its paving and snow operations facility on District owned property, and now desires to upgrade the W Street Yard to allow for improved operations on the site. The W Street Yard project will produce a two-story, wood framed structure suitable for DDOT's transportation and arboriculture work. In addition, the building delivery will seek to reduce the current building footprint while simultaneously increasing green space.
