Project Description
District of Columbia Infrastructure Academy (DCIA) - Alteration, expansion and renovation of the existing vacant building and site. The Department currently estimates the gross square footage needed for interior space at 50,000 SF, and 12,000 SF of exterior space. DCIA will collocate with an independent educational program sharing the existing building, external areas, parking, and fields. The existing built space and external footprint is roughly (931,107sf.).
