Project Description:
This Project is to address the persistent moisture penetration in the Building. This includes the Horizontal - Phase 1 (roofs and roof components) and Vertical - Phase 2 (Masonry/Stone walls and fenestration/windows). A complete replacement/rehabilitation of all existing roof structures (Horizontal) to include the entire replacement of the flat roof and major repair of the metal roofing is complete for Phase 1 of the project. Phase 2 will address the building facade leaks (masonry repointing) (Vertical).
