Project Description:
The project scope consists of a comprehensive renovation of the first-floor of 1709 3rd Street NE to support the expansion of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education's (OSSE) existing Advanced Technical Center (ATC). Phase 2 includes the construction of additional classrooms and programmatic spaces, along with two new community health clinics that will be operated by MedStar Health and Children's National Hospital.
