The District of Columbia’s Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking offers office or retail space with parking that satisfy the following minimum criteria:

• Up to 8,000 SF of improvements
• Minimum of 40 standard parking spaces (50 parking spaces preferred)
• 4 oversized parallel parking spaces

Responsive offers, among other things, should propose a space option that is located in a single location within the District of Columbia. The Department of Motor Vehicles’ Residential Services (DMV) of the District of Columbia, is the organization designated to initially occupy the proposed property.
