The District of Columbia ("District") Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from those entities ("Offerors") interested in contracting to perform general construction services for various District owned properties within the DGS construction portfolio and maintenance facility locations. The Department will use this RFQ to establish a capacity pipeline for current and future construction projects (as building upgrades, additions, and tenant-fit out improvements including, but not limited to, patching and plumbing, carpentry, masonry, window installation, trailers installation, HVAC and other building systems upgrades, electrical, small park/playground renovations and other miscellaneous construction services) by pre-qualifying qualified General Contractors, trade subcontractors and other related services from which to solicit price proposals.
