The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor (“CMAR” or “Contractor”) to provide construction management at-risk services for the modernization of the Therapeutic Recreation Center (“Project”), located at 3030 G Street SE, Washington, DC. The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the construction management at risk contract (“Agreement” or “Contract”) for the Project.
