The District of Columbia (the “District”), acting and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage multiple contractors to provide construction management services for the Department’s Capital Construction Division portfolio of construction projects. Projects may include schools, parks and recreation facilities, municipalbuildings, fire and police stations and other public buildings.
