The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer (the “A/E”) to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services for the modernization of the Crummell Community Center (the “Project”), located at 1900 Gallaudet Street NE, Washington, DC 20002.
