DCAM-23-CS-IFB-0006-Construction Services for MPD 2nd District Headquarters Renovations

The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) contractor (the “Contractor”) to complete all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing generator, air handling unit, heat pump, condensate pump and fuel storage tank at the 2nd District Headquarters of the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”), located at 3320 Idaho Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016 (the “Project”).
