The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “Solicitation”) to engage a contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to complete the UPS Battery Replacement for PSCC and Radio Sites project (the “Project”) located at the Public Safety Communication Center (PSCC) on 310 McMillan Drive NW, Washington, DC 20001 and other sites throughout the District.
