The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposal to award one (1) qualified contractor to provide Citywide Waste (trash and recycling) Collection and Disposal Services for various facilities located throughout the District of Columbia, as well as three (3) collection points in the State of Maryland, requiring front-load, rear-load and roll-off containers.
