The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) Division of Contracts and Procurement is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a single qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive Property Management Services including facility Operations, Maintenance and Repair Services (“OM&R”) at the Unified Communications Center (“UCC”) and Public Safety Communication Center (“PSCC”) (combined, the “Facility”). UCC is located at 2720 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20032; and PSCC is located at 310 McMillan Drive NW, Washington, DC 20001.
