Determination and Findings for Sole Source Procurement - FY19 System Upgrades and Support and Maintenance for Contractor Performance Management System (“CPMS”)

The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (“DGS”), Contracts and Procurement Division (“C&P”) has an immediate need for enhancement, development, maintenance and support on the existing CPMS, that was deployed in fiscal year 2017.
