The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of the Facilities Management Division has an urgent need for Spectrum Management LLC (“Contractor”) to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services to Marion S. Barry, Jr. Building (“Barry Building”) for a temporary emergency period not to exceed 63-days.
