The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for One Kare Enterprise LLC and GNT Group LLC (collectively, the “Contractors”) to continue providing integrated pest management services to various district-owned or controlled properties for an additional period of up to twelve (12) months, October 15, 2023 through October 14, 2024. This twelve (12)-month extension will ensure the avoidance of any disruption to critical facility operations and service needs during the impending period.
