The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the State Board of Education (“SBOE”) of the District of Columbia, is seeking to engage a Contractor to carry out the installation of a new mini transformer as part of the ongoing renovation of the SBOE space within the Marion S. Barry Building located at 530S, 441 4th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.
