The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of, the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”), executed Contract No. DCAM-21-CS-IFB-0004 (the “Contract”) with HRGM General Maintenance Corporation (the” Contractor”) on November 18, 2021 for MPD Blue Plains Impound Lot (the “Project”).The Construction is in progress at BPIL lot, while MPD impound vehicles are relocated to Swing Space in Temple Hills, MD, until construction is complete, 31 Jan 2023. MPD has requested to have security services provided at Temple Hills Swing Space 24 hours a day/7 days a week.The Department would like to issue the Contract to HRGM on a sole source basis to provide Security Services at Tempe Hills, MD site in the Project in accordance to project requirements to complete construction services. The Lump Sum Price of Contract ($793,000.32) will be required to complete Security Services at Temple Hill, MD Swing Space site.
