The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) on behalf of the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”) has a need for Operations, Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repair services to various RR Brinks brand locking systems located at various MPD facilities.
