Sole Source Procurement - University of the District of Columbia (“UDC”) Garage Structural Enhancements for Existing Structure

The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate need to engage the services of a competent and experienced structural engineer (the “Contractor) to provide structural enhancements work for the existing load-bearing columns at the UDC campus garage. This structural enhancement on the garage is meant to provide support for the superstructure in UDC Building #41, the newly designated DC Archives Building located in the Van Ness Campus of the University of DC, located at 4200 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008.
