Project Description:
The project consists of the design and renovation of the existing 16th Street Playground. The project will upgrade the existing play areas, including demolition and removal of fencing and old playground equipment, installation of new playground equipment and furnishings, provision of accessibility improvements and rehabilitation of the existing playground’s surfacing, fencing and walkways. Changes to improve the current configuration, equipment layout, lighting and access will be provided. Additionally, the existing tennis courts will be upgraded to include new nets and posts for the nets. Adult exercise equipment will be provided as well.
