Additional design-build services to enhance areas not initially earmarked for renovation within the designed plan. While the renovation project originally covered approximately 6,000 SF out of 32,000 SF of the building, there was a need realized by the Client Agency to upgrade common and frequently used areas to ensure a consistent look and feel throughout the structure.
