Project Description :
This project involves miscellaneous upgrades for the Takoma Community Center. The project scope includes replacing the existing HVAC systems and upgrading the locker rooms at the Takoma Community Center.
- Work that is scheduled to start in Spring 2026 and end in Fall 2026:
- Replace the existing HVAC system
- Replace hot water heaters for showers
- Work that is scheduled to start in December 2025 and end in February 2026:
- Plumbing System Replacement of shower valve/diverter assemblies, reconfiguration of supply and drain lines, and ADA-compliant layout adjustments.
- Removal and disposal of existing locker banks and tile assemblies for system replacement. New installation of stainless-steel lockers with integrated electronic locking systems and replacement of the ceramic tile wall assemblies in 18 shower stalls, including waterproofing and finish work.
- Electrical Systems: LED lighting upgrades and power distribution for electronic locker systems.
