The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a design-builder to provide design-build services for the modernization of Johnson Middle School, located at 1400 Bruce Place Southeast, Washington, DC 20020. Through this solicitation the Department seeks to engage a design-build team to prepare a design for and to renovate the portions of main academic building that have not been renovated. The selected Design-Builder will be required to develop a design of this work and to implement the approved design no later than August 14, 2015.
